Chemical Formula: 3/4CaO· 1/4Na2O· Al2O3· 2 SiO2· 9/2H2O
Si/Al ratio: SiO2/ Al2O3about2
Pore diameter: About 5A
Use: Gas separation and purification, such as alkane/ isomer, nitrogen/oxygen; Desiccation.
Reactivation:
1. Removal of water: Hot gas at 200-350º Cand pressure 0.3-0.5kg/cm;
2. Flows through the molecular sieve bed for 3-4 hours. Let temperature decreases down to 110-180º C, cooling.
2. Removal of organics: Regeneration is achieved by means of steam treatment to remove organics, and then remove water with method 1.
